Early access reservation terms

A prototype, with a refundable reservation
RideDot Home is in development. Images are concept renders, times are illustrative, and final dimensions, features, finishes and power accessories may change. A waitlist signup is free. The optional €5 payment is a fully refundable early access reservation, not a full product order or a guarantee of delivery by a particular date.
Price and availability
The target launch price starts at €169 and will be confirmed before ordering. Your design, size, battery and colour preferences are feedback, not a commitment to buy. Rechargeable battery support is a requested future feature; the prototype currently uses plug-in power. Final price, delivery charges, route coverage and shipping timing will be provided before you place an order. No additional payment is taken automatically.
Refunds
You can request a full €5 refund at any time before placing a final product order. Contact us using the address below with the email used at checkout. Refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe. We aim to initiate requests within 7 days; your payment provider controls when the funds appear. If we cancel the launch, paid reservations will be refunded.
Coverage and future features
Arrival information depends on the available transit data for your route and stop. Scheduled, stale and unavailable data will be labelled. Leap balance, weather and train integrations are requests for future development and are not guaranteed launch features. RideDot Home is not affiliated with TFI or Leap.
